ELEONES Early Harvest 2015/16 lab results released
The ELEONES team is in the middle of the regular harvest for the 2015/16 season after completing some weeks ago the early harvest.
Following the very encouraging results by the NMR analysis(please refer to previous article for more details) that was conducted a few days ago for the ELEONES Early Harvest 2015/16, today the ELEONES team received the lab results for the same product.
The analysis was conducted at an International Olive Council certified lab in accordance with the ELEONES quality standards.
The results for the ELEONES Early Harvest 2015/16 are presented below:
Free fatty acid content (as oleic acid): 0,16%
Peroxide Value: 4,2 (meq / kg)
For all those who know olive oil well, the above values speak for themselves.
